A short documentary about American children of TPS (age 9-17) whose parents are at risk of deportation! In collaboration with Boston experimental Theatre they created and performed a play to fight for their parents in the hopes to educate and inspire more people to support their cause and act in their defense. They toured the play along the east coast, and performed before Congress, Boston City Hall, Boston University, Harvard University, and at Imagination Stage in Maryland as a part of the National TPS Alliance rally in DC. Inspired by this play, members of Boston Neighborhood Network (BNN) produced a twenty-minute documentary entitled The Last Dream, so that many more people across the country can hear these children and join their fight. To learn more about this project, watch the documentary and meet some of the actors, activists and producers please join us at Harvard Graduate School of Education on February 29 at 12:00pm.
